Marie’s Famous Fresh Vegetable Soup

  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 -15 oz. can of kidney beans or beans of your choice
  • 1/4 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup of elbow macaroni
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beef bouillon cube per cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 can of V-8 Vegetable juice
  • Bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes.
