Celia’s Grilled Veggies

  • Spray non-stick cooking spray onto foil.
  • Choose your favorite veggies; i.e. peppers, onions, mushrooms.  Place on the foil.
  • Then, drizzle butter and oil over the vegetables, and
  • Sprinkle on a multi-herb seasoning.
  • Fold foil over the vegetables, and place on grill until cooked yet crunchy.
